QuizChamp is an educational quiz application designed to help Year 5 students develop core skills in Maths and English for 11+ preparation. It is operated by an independent tutor/developer and is not affiliated with any official examination board, school, or local authority.

2. Educational Use Only

QuizChamp is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Results within the app do not constitute official assessment scores or guarantees of examination performance. Parents and guardians should not rely solely on this application for academic preparation.

3. Children's Data & Privacy

QuizChamp stores minimal data necessary to track learning progress (quiz scores, session history, topic accuracy). No full names, addresses, or sensitive personal information are collected. Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (EU-West region, London). No data is sold or shared with third parties. By creating a login for your child, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and you consent to this data being stored on your child's behalf.

4. Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of this app. QuizChamp is not responsible for the amount of time a child spends on the application. We recommend a maximum of 30 minutes of uninterrupted use per session.

5. Accuracy of Content

Every effort has been made to ensure questions and explanations are accurate and appropriate for the target age group. However, QuizChamp makes no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of educational content. If you spot an error, please report it.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuizChamp and its operator accept no liability for any examination results, educational outcomes, or decisions made based on a child's performance within the application. Use is entirely at the parent's/guardian's discretion.
